This great resource helps to better understand OSHA’s Respiratory Protection Standard. It provides small businesses with a step-by-step guide with checklists for a practical approach for employees to use as a resource.

Workers’ Rights

This handy booklet provides employees with descriptions of the rights they are entitled to under the Occupational Safety and Health Act. Everything from how to file a complaint with OSHA, whistleblower protections, educational and training resources, and general rights provides is listed in this document.

Employer Rights and Responsibilities

This booklet, on the other hand, is designed for employers to use as a resource for information on their rights and responsibilities. OSHA explains what happens after an inspection, defines the types of violations they can be cited for.
