How long is the course certification good for?

This course does not expire however retraining is recommended every 3 years due to changes in regulations, standards and technology.

Who issues the certificate?

All of our 30 hour course participants receive a Department of Labor Card issued by the OSHA Training Institute. This can take up to a month to get to us and unfortunately is out of our hands.

If you need the certificate for a job we can write a letter saying that you have completed the course and are waiting for your certificate.

By the way…as an extra something we laminate your cards before we mail them to you.

What is the length of the course?

As the name implies OSHA 30 hour courses are actually 30 hours of training.

OSHA has revised its Outreach Training Program Guidelines to require authorized trainers to limit courses to a maximum of 7 hours per day. This means that all 30-hour courses must be provided over a minimum of five days. If someone is offering to do your class in less than 5 days you may want to question their integrity and the quality of their training!!

As an added bonus each student will receive a copy of the 29 CFR 1926 book to keep. Value is $49.95!
