Safety Links has been providing world class in-person training since 2003. Now using the internet we can offer the same excellent training in the comfort and convenience of your home or office as a “webinar”.
Your instructor will use a combination of screen and webcam sharing to teach the class. You would be able to ask questions via voice or live chat at any time. We will even have follow-up surveys and tests so we know what you thought of the presentation and to gauge what you have learned.
It will be exactly like you are sitting in the class room except there is no travel required.
This is so effective that we are even offering some of our “open enrollment classes” as webinars. Check out our monthly training schedule for more info.

Why Virtual Training?
When a student leaves our in-person training we are confident that they know what is expected of them. That is the desired outcome of any training, is it not?
Although online training has many benefits, in the past we have resisted recommending self-paced online training because of its marginal success at achieving desired outcomes. I am sure you have been forced to take an online course in the past and can appreciate our hesitation!
For that reason Safety Links has chosen to use live web-based events called Virtual Training as a key ingredient of our training services. These live Virtual Training's are being offered as a way of providing our world class in-person training at a distance.

Course Materials & Certificates
- Our virtual training includes all of the handouts and training material that you would get during an in-person training.
- Depending on how much notice given we will either ship you the handouts, or provide you electronic copies to download and print.
- After the class, you will receive the same certificate as you would for attending our in-person training.
Technology Required
The software we use is completely web based and runs inside your browser. That means no annoying downloads required. You can join on a PC, Mac, tablet or even a smartphone with just a single click on the meeting link.
If you have a microphone and speakers great! If not, we will provide a conference number to call so you can listen and ask questions.

IMPORTANT - Courses not offered as webinars:
We do NOT provide the following courses via Virtual Training because of their hands-on requirements or because of regulatory limitations. When possible we would be happy to provide a “blended course” in which the classroom portion is provided via webinar and the hands on portion is provided in-person. This would work great for the fire extinguisher courses, equipment operation courses, etc…
